This listserv is for attorneys admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas in all divisions. Membership is restricted to bankruptcy attorneys to exclude pro se debtors and creditors seeking legal advice. All bankruptcy chapters are open for discussion here. This is an unofficial listserv sponsored by the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council and the Washburn University School of Law Library. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the BK-Kansas Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.) Archives are only kept for two years. |
