Fortunately for me though the conference location has been switched to Cheyenne. Rather than spend the money on a publication as nice as that would be, I would like to use it for its intended purpose and donate the scholarship to an aspiring, but financially struggling attorney in the state who represents children and/or families as a GAL or in some other capacity and who would like to attend the conference, but cannot because of funding.
