[WyoFamilyLaw] New minimum wage figure for child support

The federal minimum wage went up to 5.85 per hour yesterday.  Therefore,
if you have to impute a parent's wage at minimum wage, full time for
child support figures, it is my understanding that Child Support
Services is going to use the following figures: 

 

NCP     905.35 net monthly

CP        936.43 net monthly

 

Also, our statute regarding Notices to Payors was modified to allow NTPs
to be sent by first class mail or certified mail or personal service.
However, 20-6-218(d) states that penalties provided under the statute
shall not be imposed unless service of the NTP was completed by
certified, return receipt requested to, or personal service upon, the
employer.   Also, I tried to update somewhat the NTP in the pro se
packets which are available on the Wyoming Supreme Court's website.  If
you have any suggestions for future changes to any of the pro se forms,
feel free to direct them to me for now.  An updated Order to Show Cause
packet should be out shortly. Thanks,
