I have attempted to provide you with further information regarding "reckless" and "criminal negligence" statutes in use in other states. At the risk of providing you with more than you want I am also sending Prof. Robinson's memo regarding the Kansas recodification effort. At the time his memo was written the 3R's subcommittee was considering culpability levels of "intentional", "reckless" and "criminal negligence".
