1938 through 1983. Some researchers have mentioned to us that they were
not able to see th<SPAN class=041261319-08112006>e </SPAN>1963 through 1976 CFR
content when using the “Title and Part Quick Locator” feature in<STRONG><EM>
HeinOnline</EM></STRONG>. However, this content IS available in
<STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG>, but until we electronically index the 1963
through 1976 CFR content to the Part level (which will occur before year-end),
researchers should use the “Browse By: Bindings” feature to access content from
the period 1963 through 1976.<BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN

mistakenly advised you that the CFR content added approximately 780,000 pages to
<STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG>. In reality, the CFR content added
exactly 1,643,991 pages of new content to
<EM><STRONG>HeinOnline</STRONG></EM>. This was by far the largest one-time
content release in the history of <EM><STRONG>HeinOnline</STRONG></EM>! My
apologies for the error in my last announcement.<BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><SPAN

to view the earlier message). With this expansion, when conducting a
full-text search, your search terms are now highlighted in the text of a
document in the Federal Register Library, <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:City
w:st="on">CFR</st1:City>, <st1:country-region
w:st="on">U.S.</st1:country-region> Supreme Court <st1:City
w:st="on">Library</st1:City>, <st1:country-region
w:st="on">U.S.</st1:country-region> Presidential Library, Philip C. Jessup
Library, and the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">European</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> for Minority Issues
collection. This was accomplished through the re-processing of the Optical
Character Recognition (OCR) text in these collections. Not only will the
highlighting feature aid you in locating the text on a page quicker, but the
re-processing of the OCR text provides more accurate search
results.<BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Once
