availability of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) from inception in 1938
through the 1983 edition. All editions inclusive of this period as well as
all supplements for this time frame are now easily accessible online for the
very first time in an image-based (PDF), searchable format. <STRONG>Access
to historic Code of Federal Regulations content could not be
easier!</STRONG><BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">For those<STRONG><EM>
HeinOnline</EM></STRONG> subscribers who may not be familiar with the CFR, the
CFR is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the
Federal Register (also available in <STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG> from
its' inception in 1936) by the executive departments and agencies of the U.S.
Federal Government. The CFR is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas
subject to U.S. Federal regulation. <BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><FONT face=Arial><STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG>'s
CFR content is located within <STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG>'s Federal
Register library collection (</FONT><A
href="http://heinonline.org/HOL/Index?collection=fedreg"><FONT face=Arial
color=#000000>http://heinonline.org/HOL/Index?collection=fedreg</FONT></A><FONT
face=Arial>). Therefore, anyone subscribing to
<STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG>'s Federal Register library has access to
the new CFR content at this time.<BR><BR></FONT></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><FONT face=Arial>Currently, the 1938 through 1983
editions of the CFR in <STRONG><EM>HeinOnline </EM></STRONG>have been
electronically indexed to the Book level. Additionally, content from 1938
through 1949, as well as 1977 through 1983 has been electronically indexed to
the Part level. In future enhancements, all content will be electronically
indexed to the Part level. <BR><BR></FONT></SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><FONT face=Arial>The CFR content in
<STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG> consists of approximately 1250 books
totaling nearly 780,000 pages. With the CFR release,
<STRONG><EM>HeinOnline</EM></STRONG> has surpassed the 23 million page level
(23.2 million to be more precise!). <BR><BR></FONT></SPAN><SPAN
