Dear HeinOnline subscribers,

>From 8:20 PM EDT (1:20 GMT) 25 May 2006 through 12:20 AM (5:20 GMT) 26 May 2006, some HeinOnline subscribers may have experienced difficulty accessing HeinOnline (http://heinonline.org).

After researching the matter with the host site at Cornell University, it was determined to be a routing problem with one of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) which provides commodity internet access (commercial internet accounts would have been most affected, while most academic subscribers did not likely experience any interruptions in service). 

As of this message, only 2 HeinOnline subscribers reported an inability to access HeinOnline during this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and can assure you that we continue to provide round the clock monitoring to immediately address any interruptions in your HeinOnline service.
