Dear HeinOnline subscribers,

Thanks to your support and the dedication of the employees working in the HeinOnline department, this latest release of new content takes HeinOnline (<http://heinonline.org>) beyond 20 million pages of available content! By far the world's largest, image-based legal research collection, HeinOnline continues to change the online world of legal research.

In addition to the release of new content listed below, we are proud to announce that the Legal Classics Library and the U.S. Federal Register Library have been upgraded with new OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software; an investment we have made to enhance your research experience in these two library modules. As technology develops, we will continue to upgrade all library modules in HeinOnline.

Also, two new library modules are now available in HeinOnline!

The first, a U.S. Presidential Library, includes such important documents as the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 3, the Compilation of Messages and Papers of the Presidents by James D. Richardson, Economic Report of the President, Inaugural Addresses of the Presidents of the United States and the Public Papers of the Presidents. Additional content will be added to this new library module in future releases.

Second, through special arrangement with the International Law Students Association (ILSA), HeinOnline's Philip C. Jessup Library now brings the complete collection of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition to researchers worldwide in classic HeinOnline image-based style!

As you will see below, this new library module includes complete coverage of the annual Jessup Compendium since 1960, as well as two periodicals published by ILSA (which are also available in HeinOnline's Law Journal Library collection). Future releases in this library will include works related to Philip C. Jessup, as well as expanded coverage of the current content as it becomes available.

Because of the unique value of the Jessup Compendium to academic research institutions worldwide, the new Philip C. Jessup Library collection in HeinOnline is being made available free of charge to ALL libraries that subscribe to the bound Compendium volumes published by William S. Hein & Co., Inc. Therefore, if your library currently subscribes to the bound volumes, you will notice the availability of this NEW library module when you next log into HeinOnline (<http://heinonline.org>).

With the cooperation of ILSA, we are also pleased to announce that HeinOnline will be offering FREE access to this new library module in select universities in developing countries around the world. We'll be working closely with ILSA in the coming months to provide this free access.

For those HeinOnline subscribers that do NOT subscribe to the Jessup Compendium bound volumes through Hein, but wish to have online access to the complete historical collection, access is only US$240.00 per year. Simply email marketing at wshein.com <mailto:marketing at wshein.com> and we will provide immediate access through your current HeinOnline account, and invoice your library accordingly.

To celebrate the release of the Jessup Library collection in HeinOnline, we are currently offering the complete bound collection (or individual fill-in volumes) at a 50% discount. Now is an excellent time to check your holdings and order replacement volumes for any missing or damaged volumes. Or, if you do not yet own the complete bound collection, we will gladly extend the same discount to your library. To view pricing information for the bound collection, please visit the William S. Hein & Co., Inc product catalog at:<http://www.wshein.com/Catalog/Product.aspx?sku=4160>.

This special 50% off special is available to all HeinOnline subscribers through July 1, 2006.

As always, we appreciate your support, and look forward to hearing from many of you in response to the new Jessup library collection in HeinOnline. We also welcome any other comments or suggestions about any library module in HeinOnline. Please send your comments to marketing at wshein.com <mailto:marketing at wshein.com>.

Sincerely,
