Dear HeinOnline subscribers,
Below you will find a list of the newest content that has just been released
in HeinOnline (http://heinonline.org), which includes the release of 23 NEW
journals, updates for 94 other journals (please see the special note at the
bottom of this email concerning Israel Law Review), 24 NEW titles added to
the Legal Classics Library, and several titles added to HeinOnline's
Treaties and Agreements library as well as Supreme Court library. The FREE
Cataloging Aid has been updated to reflect the new additions, and can be
found at http://washburnlaw.edu/heinonline/.
Also with this release comes an important milestone, as HeinOnline's Law
Journal Library now contains more than 800 titles! All told, nearly 19.3
MILLION pages are available throughout the entire HeinOnline collection.
We are also receiving a tremendous response from many of you about the
recent addition of the U.S. Federal Legislative Histories library
(http://heinonline.org/HOL/Index?collection=leghis&set_as_cursor=clear) as
well as the U.S. Statutes at Large library
(<http://heinonline.org/HOL/Index?collection=statute&set_as_cursor=clear>)
in HeinOnline. The new library modules in HeinOnline appear to be filling a
void that many of you have been asking to have filled for quite some time,
and we are pleased to be able to deliver these exceptional new modules to
desktops around the globe. Suggestions for future legislative histories are
arriving at a steady pace, but we continue to encourage you to send yours'
(As always, suggestions may be sent to marketing at wshein.com
<mailto:marketing at wshein.com>).
When we announced the new library modules recently, we also conducted a
small trivia contest. The correct answer to the question, "Which library
was the first to subscribe to HeinOnline?" is NYU Law Library.
Congratulations to Samantha Williams of the Center for Science in the Public
Interest in Washington, DC, who was the first to correctly respond. We are
issuing a $100 credit to the Center for winning the contest, and $25 credit
memos to all who took the time to respond.
Also, since our message last week about the HeinOnline posters, more than
500 have been requested. Rest assured that we are in the process of getting
them mailed to all who have requested them up to this point, but if you have
not, we still have posters available. Thank you for your interest, and
perhaps some of you will send us a digital picture once you post them in
your library?!

information was provided to us recently by the Review to give all of you a
better understanding of the Review:
The Israel Law Review has for over three decades been an indispensable tool
for the English-speaking jurist interested in the principal developments of
law in Israel.
The Israel Law Review covers a wide range of topics, including:
* Digests of major decisions laid down by the Israeli Supreme Court
* Review of Israeli Army Judicial Decisions and Actions
* Economics and Law
* Comparative Foreign Legal Systems
* Jewish Law
* Environmental
* Legal Ethics
* Gender
* Human Rights particularly in relation to Israel and the Occupied
Territories
* International Judicial Decisions
* International Law/Treaties
* Crime
* Criminology
* Victims Rights in Israel
* Labor Law
* Legal Philosophy
The Israel Law Review is located in the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, one of
the most sought-after and prestigious law programs in Israel, and works with
many preeminent international and local legal scholars. Additionally, our
location in Jerusalem, a point of considerable interest for many religions
and nationalities, allows the Review access to contemporary issues effecting
Israel on a local level but also having global impact.
Volume 38 (1-2) is an exciting double issue devoted to the discussion of the
two judicial opinions relating to the separation barrier being constructed
by the State of Israel: the judgment of the Israel High Court of Justice in
the Beit Sourik Village Council v. the Government of Israel and the Advisory
Opinion of the International Court of Justice on the Legal Consequences of
the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinians Territory.
