In order to insure the continued reliability of HeinOnline (http://heinonline.org), a minor upgrade to the HeinOnline server will be conducted on Sunday December 10, 2006 between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM EST (GMT -5:00).  As a result, HeinOnline will be unavailable for approximately ten minutes during this period.
 
While this is typically a period of low usage, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
