Dear HeinOnline subscribers,
In the near future we will be releasing a considerable amount of new content
into HeinOnline. I've been told by the HeinOnline department that they are
putting the "finishing touches" on this next release of new content, so
please watch for an announcement soon.
In the meantime, your feedback has always been very important to us as we
continue to develop HeinOnline, and that is why I would like to solicit your
opinion about the way in which most of the content is currently organized in
HeinOnline.
Several subscribers have recently commented that it would be more helpful to
them if we organized the content in HeinOnline in reverse chronological
order, as opposed to the way it is currently structured in most of the
library modules.
To view the current structure, simply click on any title within the Law
Journal Library collection
(<http://heinonline.org/HOL/Index?collection=journals&set_as_cursor=clear>
).
The proposed structure would align the newest content of a title at the top
of the page. Presently, the U.S. Reports Slip Opinions is organized in this
manner. To view this collection, go to the U.S. Supreme Court Library module
in HeinOnline and click on the U.S. Reports Slip Opinions link (
<http://heinonline.org/HOL/Index?index=usreports/usrepslips&collection=usrep
orts> ).
Please let me know your thoughts on this matter. As always, I can be reached
at b_jablonski at wshein.com <mailto:b_jablonski at wshein.com>. I'll share your
opinions with the HeinOnline development team on November 10th.
Sincerely,
Brian Jablonski
