To insure the continued reliability of HeinOnline, upgrades to the Network
Infrastructure in the Data Center where HeinOnline is hosted will be
performed on Sunday July 24, 2005, at some time between 5:00 and 9:00 am EDT
(GMT -5).  Access to the HeinOnline service will be affected for a short
